Between Dee's sincere and personable demeaner and Adam's quality service, I cannot be happier. Dee was great all the way through and Adam was unbelievably kind and sincere, not to mention extremely knowledgeable about his craft. Dee is amazing!! She is so sweet, friendly, accommodating and so helpful! I was worried I was going to have to repair my entire furnace unit and she took time on the phone with me for me to send pictures of the issue before sending someone out. Other companies just charge you an arm and a leg to send someone without a proper conversation. Adam came for the service call, he was on time, friendly, very knowledgable and fixed the issue within a matter of minutes. So thankful for Dion comfort and will be using them for all my future heating and cooling needs!!

Dion offered the best price and service compared to 2 other companies I quoted, and their install team was here the morning after I called to replace my failed Furnace and AC.

I rent a property in Kanata. My furnace died on a night that was going down to -12. They were there by 7 pm, assessed what the problem was (motor) and were BACK by 7 am with the part. I'll make it to work on time, and not worry that I'm going to come home to a puppy-popsicle. Highly recommend their services. The guys who came were friendly, polite and extremely efficient.
