Total HVAC was incorporated in 1996 by Ed Cassidy & Adam Beales with the intent to provide a premium HVAC equipment purchasing experience to the Eastern Ontario market, with a customer-first emphasis.
The construction community grew to appreciate the honesty and ethical treatment they received from Total HVAC, and as a result, we continued to build our team by bringing on people who understood our emphasis on customer service, while providing strong product and system knowledge. In 2014, Andrew Douma and Steve Moons took over ownership of Total HVAC and began implementing the next stages of growth.

Teamwork continues to be a key to our success, and we continue to work diligently with local consultants, contractors, and suppliers to be a part of many successful construction projects.

When the Bank of Canada decided to renovate their main offices on Sparks Street, they chose to go with a bold design that would allow for a highly energy efficient space while maximizing occupant comfort. Their system required that the ceiling coffers be converted to chilled radiant panels, allowing the sensible energy to be absorbed in that manner.

I had an amazing customer service experience today with this company. I've been given the most technical school project in history. After calling multiple companies looking to price a model for a fictitious building, a very helpful and kind person from parts took their time to give me a price for a heat pump model. The person I talked with was engaging and funny. I wouldn't hesitate to call this company for any future HVAC needs I may have and urge others to give them a call to experience a level of customer service that exceeds in every way that matters.
