Used Aim twice in the last year and Mez and his team are very professional and easy to deal with. On time, every time. Being an out of town landlord makes it difficult to deal with large repairs, and coordinating with tenants however, Mez handled it seamlessly

Neil hired me to waterproof a foundation for him. He stiffed me on payment and does not reply to texts, emails or phone calls. By far the worst company I have ever dealt with and I have been in the industry for over 10 years. Avoid this company at all costs!!

About a month ago we were having a problem with our bathroom sink, so I called Aim Plumbing and spoke to a man named Neil. He agreed to come the next day, which was a Tuesday. When he arrived (two hours late) he informed us that new drainage pipes would have to be specially ordered and would cost about $20; the whole job would cost $200. We agreed. He promised to call us back the next day with more precise cost information. He didn't. On Saturday of that week, I send him a text message. No Reply. On Monday, I called him and left a voice message, asking if he still intends to help us. No reply

These guys saved us. Neil was prompt and so helpful. All charges were honest and he explained everything he was doing so we understood what the problem was. I'd google'd it and because he was so efficient, this was a bargain. 10/10 would call again.

Friendly, experienced and tidy service!
Tyler from AIM Plumbing was prompt on his service call out to our house. He was prepared and tidy when addressing my toilet fill valve issue. He ensured the area was cleaned following the repair and the completed job was fantastic. A very professional service with a fair price to match. I’ll be looking forward to having them back for another small job (replacing kitchen faucet) in the near future.

Neil issued incorrect invoices, charged for a repair of a faulty part that was installed by a plumber and had to be replaced subsequently. Moreover, we are still waiting for that estimate to replace our rear perimeter drainage...and he was supposed to get back to us right away. That was about 3 months ago. The technicians that worked at our house seemed to spend a lot of time doing the same thing over and over again. Not good value. Do not recommend.

1) We called few plumbers for an emergency on a Christmas day few years ago, and AIM Plumbing are the only ones who returned our call and fixed our problem.
2) Placed another emergency call on Wednesday this year and our call was returned right away. We had such a great service from the employee and he contacted the city for us. Problem completely solved on Friday 😊
If we Could, we would give a 10!

I rarely do reviews online but I felt it very necessary to do this one. This is the second time I've called Aim Plumbing and both times I was extremely satisfied by their service and honesty. My first experience was an emergency situation when we had a flood in our basement with raw sewage. Patrick from Aim Plumbing came by, fixed the issue and even helped clean up the area at a fair price and better than most of the other quotes I received. This past weekend we had issues with a leak in our faucet for our clawfoot tub and I immediately called Aim Plumbing. When I called Patrick gave me a few options
