Very disappointed. Not a professional company. I didn't expect someone to come in our house with their machine use our electricity and fill 4-5 large buckets with our water from our kitchen sink. After the stairs were dry it didn't even look like they were cleaned. The basement stairs did look a little better. But the upstairs did not. I have used a professional company in the past and they used their own water and electricity from their company van. And the carpets looked great afterwards. I guess the saying you get what you pay for is true.
