At the very beginning So Clean was professional and pleasant to talk.
I did have issues with uploading photos of my furniture, but I am not computer savvy, so will leave it at that.
The quote was what I had expected and the discussion of Covid-19 precautions was easy and respectful.
I felt completely safe with the technician in my home.
The technician noticed that 1 of the carpets was especially dirty with stains and informed me that this would be done last as needed steam. All stains were removed and all furniture is now looking brand new.

Once again the team at 416-So-Clean did an amazing job. This is the second time we have used them and they didn’t disappoint. They are on time, clean, courteous and the pricing is fair. This time they cleaned all our carpets and I didn’t expect the results to turn out so great. They look brand new again and smell nice and fresh. I've used 416-SO-CLEAN three times now and I've been happy every time! They're quick and polite, easy to book, and do a great job cleaning. I have a pricey BoConcept couch that needs to be professionally cleaned and it always ends up looking and smelling fresh after their treatment. The pricing was far more reasonable than another company that was recommended to me by BoConcept. And the owner is a gem!

Very very nice employees came to my place to clean a few couches. So polite and friendly and calm.
They introduced themselves immediately, set up and was able to work without needing anything from me which was great as I work from home.
The pieces look almost new and have a new freshness.
I’m so impressed with the relaxed confidence and nonchalantness- many people come to do different tasks and it always seems like they are uncomfortable or awkward which makes me uncomfortable. Kevin and Alejandro we not like this at all. Not certain if it’s training or hiring policy but was fantastic.
