Ductless Split Air Conditioners offer versatility in solving your cooling and heating needs. The Indoor unit is mounted inside. Installation was done on time. The mechanical work was really well done and they cleaned up after themselves. They could have used more training on the new electronics, specifically the iComfort S30 and the iHarmony zoning.
A defect in the compressor took a long time to diagnose but was replaced no questions asked. They could have also been more responsive. I had to prompt them more often than should have been the case. Overall this dealer is just a whisker shy of excellent in most areas and I would recommend it highly.

Don’t use this service! We got a brand new system through them in September 2019- have had several issues with it since and several times people coming in and out of my house looking at it trying to fix my brand new system Ac unit to be exact and never actually fixing it. The most recent time their Worker actually DENTED and scratched my NEWLY painted walls and they refused to fix it. All down my walls the man dragged his ladder leaving us with the mess to clean and having to repaint THEIR mistake. So many better more fast efficient and clean companies to get AC units through or any work done

Owning a restaurant is never easy, but when you have a company like Guaranteed to call, they make the problem/situation so much easier. I've used them several times to service and repair my ice machine-they're always there, very responsive, professional, clean and know how to get the job done-very honest too! Guaranteed Mechanical was a nice surprise! I've had a lot of the bigger air conditioning companies visit my home for service and they always seemed to be in such a rush to get out as soon as he job started . They took the time to make sure everything was checked From top to bottom . They were courteous , understanding and went above and beyond compared to what I've experienced. I would recommend Guaranteed Mechanical to anyone who is having air conditioning problems.

We used Guaranteed Mechanical after a few other guys failed us. These guys were great responding to my calls, even on a busy Saturday night at my restaurant. They were there within the hour, the owner himself, and he got it working. Even when other things went bad, I called the owner, and he had his techs there just as quick. I do recommend them to everyone, as these guys are masters at their craft and very professional.

I am the General Manager of a large beach resort on the jersey shore which encompasses seven restaurants in aquarium night club and too many concession stands to mention. I've been doing business with guaranteed mechanical for 3+ years. As you would imagine over all the years of working here I have had many different companies at our facility to work with us. I have had many different service companies in my home over the years. Usually to get a high quality company that is professional, clean and has knowledgeable technicians, you end up paying a lot more than expected. I gave Guaranteed Mechanical a try when my air conditioner went out on me this year and I can honestly say I have never been happier with a service company. The technician was very professional, helpful and honest. He didn't try to use scare tactics or sales pitches to up sell me. Guaranteed Mechanical came to my home for an emergency boiler replacement on Monday and couldn't have been more professional. Ive had other companies at my home and realize that you pay more for a quality service but their pricing compared to their competitors were by far better. The technician was professional, clean, honest, efficient and knowledgeable. He wanted to help us yet didn't try to take advantage of our inconvenience.
