Dean came to our condo twice to help try and fix our system. Unfortunately there were issues beyond our control that prevented him from carrying out the service but he was very helpful, friendly, and patient when we were trying to figure things out. Once we have our unit clearly labeled, we will be having Angel Climatisation and Dean in mind should we require additional service in the future. Wonderful service all around.

Good, fast, professional and friendly service. The technician responded the service call promptly. Ordered the broken part for our heat pump and repaired it in not time. Very fast. 60 hours between our call, the initial visit, ordering the broken part from the supplier and installation. Finally, all that at a reasonable price considering what had to be done.

I have never had such a negative experience with a home service ever. The owner Boris was extremely disrespectful to me and yelled at me on the phone after I complained about the job they did. Unfortunately I did not have the chance to inspect their work before they left as I was tending to a fussy toddler. They came in with their shoes and tracked dirt on my floor after I told them I had young children so to please be careful because of the situation with the pandemic. I asked for two wall ac unit cleanings and inspection for mold. Each unit was cleaned in under 10 minutes and rather than bring

When we needed their help for an emergency repair to our AC unit during the heat wave, they made room for us in the schedule extremely quickly. They were professional and knowledgeable, and were able to clearly explain the problem and offer solutions. They had the parts readily available and our problem was resolved in one visit.
We are really satisfied with their services and will not hesitate to call on them when we are ready for a new system.

Boris was absolutely amazing. He was responsive and was able to solve my first heatpump issue immediately. I had a previous company at my house who charged me 3 hours of work and couldn't fix my freo problem.. I was blown away. He was very honest about his work...Then later on about a month after he fixed my first problem I called him back as my heat pump was not turning on. Once again very punctual and solved my problem within minutes ...guess what my filters needed to be changed and everything was functional. He didn't even charge me for the service call. He is so nice I am grateful to have found

Boris to the rescue. Electric furnace shut down today.... -20....16 degrees in house. Being honest, informed me of w/e pricing. Could it wait till Mon?? No, it was cold. Requested his services, would not be wise with frigid temperatures to wait. Arrived in 1/2 hour. Professional, polite and knowledgeable. Thanks to Boris we have a warm home this evening. I first called Electro Aide and was shocked at how much they wanted up front on my credit card before even showing up. Ridiculously high rates per half hour then per 10 min after that. I called Angel and he had a reasonable rate to come out and clean and see what the problem was. He was prompt, accurate and no fuss and no crazy outlandish bill just for showing up. I would recommend.

With the extended heat we been having this summer, my Home AC system decided to breakdown. I called Angel Climatisation Inc and took an appointment. They arrived on time and got my system working in no time at very reasonable cost.
