Just had a hardwood floor and stairs installed by Queen's Flooring. Sam and his workers did an amazing job. Their attention to detail is top notch. Very high quality workmanship and they truly do look after their customers. I would highly recommend Queen's Flooring for all your Hardwood requirements.

My aunt was looking to do her front entrance,hallway, kitchen and stairs. She wanted hardwood oak stairs and queens flooring did a fantastic job with them, it was clear that it was their proffession apart from just flooring. She is overall very satisfied with the floors, stairs and overall project done at her home. Thank you Queens!!

Queens flooring replaced our carpet with hardwood on the stairway and 2nd floor hallway and media room. Our house was purchased with some existing hardwood in most of the house. Sam from Queens flooring was able to find the exact hardwood product and colour match (Vintage Hickory Winchester). Sam did a custom colour match on the stairs and rails that looks fantastic. You would never know the entire house was not done at once. Tom, Joe & Sam were friendly and professional to work with. They worked long hours on Saturday to complete the job and cleaned up all sawdust and old carpet etc. We were very

I had one decent experience (2016) with Queens Flooring with a bathroom tile floor job. They did do a bit of damage to my wall, left a bit of a mess, and were frustrating to communicate with (didn’t ever follow up when they said they would), but the floor itself was well-installed.
More recently (2019), I called to book a grout crack repair in a shower. They told me they are moving locations so please allow 2 weeks for a call. 3 weeks later I called to check in. They asked for another week and explained that all of their service people were currently working on renovating their new location

Bad experience here unfortunately. It started out good but in the end I was convinced the tile he sold me was solid and durable tile. It has dings and chips all over from dropping things which I was assured would not happen. One tile even cracked 2 weeks after installation and it took them over a year to come repair it and was repaired with wrong colour of grout.
