Our Chimney was in need of fixing as it looked awful and was causing water to come in to the chimney. They arrived when they said they would and did a very nice job on the repair. The chimney looks a lot better. They also cleaned up and even washed my car that got a bit of dust on it from the work they did. Thanks
It is a little over a year later and I am not happy at all with this company! I have contacted them a few times by message on their phone and emails to them and absolutely no reply. After spending 1500 dollars to repair the water coming into our chimney, we are still having the problem

UPDATE: Unfortunately had to take off another star because some of the mortar is already crumbling after 2 years, on a side of the chimney that I could not see (a roofer showed me and said it didn't set properly and needs to be redone in that one spot). Emailed Steve's Masonry weeks ago with photo to come fix - no reply.

Steve came by our place to remove a crumbling chimney we had on the side of our house. His crew and himself are personable and easy to chat with and they got the chimney down safely and quickly.
He went above and beyond by getting someone in to patch our roof so we didn't have to deal with that aspect. On top of that he also left his scaffolding up for the weekend when he didn't have to so we could get someone else in to patch up some damage to the sheathing from some animals and put up some temporary siding saving us time and money.

Steve’s Masonry Service rebuilt our chimney; the new chimney they put on my roof leaked rainwater into our home. I spent 2 long years trying to get the owner to fix the faulty chimney he put on my roof. We had to get BBB involved. Fortunately, once they were involved, he fixed it. Funny how that worked; says a lot about this company in my opinion. Would NOT recommend this company!

On Friday March 15th Steve’s Masonary completed a chimney repair he was at our door the next day at 9 AM to pick up his payment and unfortunately we paid him. The chimney work was completed nicely but there was cement splash all over our shed and side of our home. We have spoken to Steve and Allan numerous times and they just keep giving us lip service that they will come and clean it up. I have spent three hours cleaning the shed and side of the house but there are still stains that will not come out. Steve states he has a product to clean it but has not shown up and is no longer returning our

Steve and his crew were able to artfully blend the new brinks of the chimney with the existing bricks along the side of the house. They were careful, thoughtful and precise. Steve has a lot of integrity and did not overprice or exaggerate the scope of work required. I just had Steve and his team rebuild my chimney from the roof-line up as it was decades old and in need of some serious work. It looks absolutely beautiful now. I even climbed up myself to check it out up close. It looks like it could withstand a bomb going off. I am very pleased with their work. The entire crew was polite, professional, hard-working, and kind. I am very pleased with the quality of work, overall attitude of the people involved, and speed at which the job was done. The rates are extremely competitive and I would highly recommend to anyone needing such work.
