We build stone walls both freestanding and retaining as well as walkways, patios, fireplaces and other unique structures.
The most important step to good stone work is design and planning. Hard Rock Masonry can design and build the most intricate, attractive and functional stonescapes. With a site-sensitive approach, we carefully choose the appropriate materials and construction techniques to coordinate the setting and our client's personal tastes.

Hard Rock understands the importance of proper construction. Our talented masons have experience with retention, storm water management, and grade rehabilitation. We reinforce our walls with rebar when required and often create curves which add to the structural integrity and strength. We offer a wide variety of construction techniques.
Unfortunately this is not always the case and many times Hard Rock is called in to renovate an existing property. Our years of experience can help guide the process while working with existing plants and other natural features. When the original hardscape has failed and remedial work is required our skilled masons are experts at matching the materials and construction style of the original work.

Had a retaining wall built from the ground up, and some surrounding landscaping done. This company provided a great quote (far better than other ones received). They were attentive to my needs and timeline, and kept me informed every step along the way. If you are looking for a company that is honest and can work within your budget, Hard Rock Masonry is a great option. Really impressed.

Look for another company in town. In my case, they took thousand of dollars upfront, Shane did some excavation and abandoned the job with the money in their pockets. They also provide verbal quotes below normal levels to get the contract but would milk your pockets out by asking more money, yes, well above the initially quoted price, without any regard for contracts or quotes (that is dishonesty at its best). I was told that for jobs below 5000 you can go to small claims but legal fees would exceed the claim so it is not worth it, and contractors know that and take advantage of it. Watch out for
