This place was good prior to the ownership change and now it has gone downhill. After we had our blackout drapes installed I needed someone to come back to offer a solution to the light that was coming in from the sides and the bottom of the drapes.
Getting someone to return my call and provide me with a date where someone could come over and provide me with a solution was a terrible experience. I had to call repeatedly and on the day the person was supposed to come, they didn’t come. I didn’t get a call telling me that the person would come and when I called the office I was told that individual

Our ordering and installation process is appalling and filled with incredible mistakes, such as typo of the size of the order , to over-ordering , left out of specific order and eventually wrong size of the order .. Often , our enquiry and is either met with delayed responses or simply no response at all. It took them over two months to complete the installation of our blinds and shades from the date the actual order was placed .
