Very frustrated and disappointed! Mr Brian Cooper's company installed our roof 3 years ago, but they was supposed to to return to install a ridge vent. In spite of dozens of attempts to contact him, this was never done. We also requested a proper receipt and written documentation of the 50-year warranty, but again no response. We've reported this company to the Better Business Bureau and we hope for a resolution.
As with Mr Adam Wood (below), I would be happy to edit to review if Mr Cooper remedies the situation.

Brian and his crew are excellent at what they do. The work is not the problem. There are some repairs that need to be done with the eves and I can not get him to return my call. The roof is only 2 years old. I have left a dozen messages, emails, and texts and nothing. This has been going on for months.
Brian if you will call me back and rectify the issues I would be more than happy to change this review. You have literally left me no choice.

We had an emergency as water was leaking in our living room from the ceiling thru one of the pot lights. My wife called BC roofing and left a message as this was around 9:00pm. When my wife spoke to Brian the next morning Brian asked some questions so that he could bring the necessary tools to stop the leak. Brian arrived in under 90 minutes. When I showed him where the leak was coming thru the attic, he went up on the roof and identified where the problem was, took pictures, and also showed me some other areas that could be potential problems in the near future. Anyway he repaired the leak immediately

As a framing contractor, I cross paths with B.C Roofing often. Their crew and work are very professional, and the quality is excellent. I recently hired brian and his crew to shingle my dads house, and both my dad and I were impressed with the job. They went above and beyond what they said they would do, left the yard in better condition then when they arrived and completed the job promptly and efficiently with the highest quality of work. Had a roof replaced and a sun tunnel installed on a house in Victoria Harbour. I am so impressed by this company. I live in Mississauga and never have i had such a friendly crew work on my house. This shows that small towns are certainly friendly. Brian gave me the best sales pitch I have ever had. He went into so much detail as to every aspect of the roof and sun tunnel. I had 3 other quotes, Brian was one of the higher ones, but I knew that he was doing a top notch job.
