Great sales rep. Good installation experience. Then the wheels fell off with what we thought was a minor issue. Do not expect Delco’s tech manager to come to you rescue. He does not exist unless you call multiple times, or call the owner of the company. Customer service does not exist with Delco’s tech person. Huge fail.

The Sales representative, Sandra was very friendly and helpful in providing information to aid in my decision of selecting which fireplace for my needs. Delco Fireplaces also gave me excellent pricing and they ensured to set one aside for me as stock was getting low. I cannot speak for installation services as I already have access to contracting services.

My experience so far have been terrible especially with Ken Young the service rep. Our fireplace did not turn on with the remote and took almost 3 weeks to have technician come to look at it.
We contacted Ken via text and phone but there is never a response and it takes so long just to fix or replace something as simple as a light bulb.
I have no issues with the technician b/c they seem to be understaffed. Troy is the only person who seem to try and get back to us on issues

Unbelievable. The lightbulb replacement for the fireplace never happened.

Price was reasonable and we like the features of fireplace. BUT its always an issue with service and arranging a time to install, different info depending who you speak with, warranty repair x4 in less than year, etc. we've spent many hours waiting for person to show up for appt. only not to show- several times no show- no phone call, no follow up. I wouldn't recommend based on this.

My husband and I have had a very good experience with Delco. Ken was very helpful with us choosing the right fireplace for our home, the price was very reasonable, the installer Steve was very professional, when he informed us that the old fireplace was not wired properly and not up to code, he proceeded to correct that for us. We would recommend Delco Fireplace anytime. Thank-you Delco staff for the great service.
