Needed an emergency pump out of our septic following massive amounts of rain resulting in slow drainage. They were very responsive and sent someone at 7am before i had work the next day. Was professional, polite and pleasant to talk to and was able to share some history about our recently purchased home. Will be keeping this number on hand for all my future needs :)

Called to have our 5400 liter septic tank pumped out, truck came backing up our driveway at 8:30am the next morning. Driver/operator was friendly and knowledgeable, offering up advice on preventative maintenance techniques. Disregard any negative reviews. I'll be calling Allan House Jr. in 4 years to do another septic pump out service.

Our septic backed up at 9pm and when I called they were able to fit us in the next morning before lunch. Mid-morning came and when I called, the lady was super nice and got back to me after speaking to the driver. The driver was very professional and gave us a tip about beef liver to help maintain our septic. Great price and great experience overall! Definitely recommend.
