In 1977 came a point of decision in a young entrepreneur's life. With a young family and a secure job Jim Aitkin took the chance by purchasing this small business from a family member. Working at both jobs for some time Jim was able to then concentrate full time on the pumping industry with the help of his wife Joyce.
We have a wide variety of portable toilets to meet all your party needs this summer. Some options include color, sinks, &flush capabilities. I have used Rankin's services in the past and have never had a bad experience with them including this time. Both myself and my next door neighbor were due to have our septic tanks pumped out so we dug up the hatches on Sunday afternoon. I sent Rankin's an email on the same Sunday night to schedule a day to have my septic tank pumped. I cant believe I got a text back within a couple of hours (on the same Sunday night) telling me they will be at my house Monday (the very next day ) to pump out my septic. I also requested to get a hatch riser. They had to order one in for my tank and wasn't sure

We've used Rankin's to pump out our septic tank every two years since 1991.
They've always provided prompt and superior service.
About 10 year's ago, roots and debris clogged our septic field. They offered an alternative to a costly replacement at a fraction of the cost. We've been worry free ever since.
I would not hesitate to recommend their services.

Do not use this service for inspection purposes. They will not provide any report or definitions of test performed. They will not explain their tests beyond vague statements such as "it passed the flow test" . What rate of flow? What is the size of the tank? Nothing useful will come from this sham of a service. In addition, his knowledge of the current septic systems is very lacking. No valid information was provided on what upgrades or replacements are possible. instead threw out hugely inflated cost numbers that have no basis in reality, such as $100000 for a new system. Laughable.
