I've used them through my place of work multiple times and have always been great. I ACCIDENTALLY called them when I was just googling there info and I immediately hung up. They called back within minutes saying sorry they missed the call and if I needed help with something. Refreshing to see in a time when it's hard to even get a business to call you back at all.

This company helped me out very quickly. I had 35+ houses backing up with sewer issues and they came out and flushed the sewers. They actually billed me less than quoted. The only reason its not a 4 or 5 star review is that 3 days after the "flush" the same thing happened and I had to get another company to "snake out" the sewer on extremely short notice as there was a blockage of tree roots. I will still use Groves again as their guys suggested there may be other issues, yet they are the experts I rely on their professional opinion and if a "flush" wasn't going to fix the issue.. just tell me

I used WM Groves to replace the lead pipe. It was a bit more complicated than a regular job as my house is surrounded by concrete, and the pipe did not enter the basement from the front.
The sales process was very smooth.
The work performed however was not satisfactory for the following reasons:
1. They did not use a concrete saw to make openings in the ground. They simply broke a hole with force which caused cracking around the concrete
2. A few weeks after the work was done, water started leaking in from where the pipe entered the basement. It turns out the hole was not patched over. I was

I used this company to change out the lead pipe leading to our house. This was a very professional experience from the first phone call I made to the moment the work crew left. The communication was excellent with reception and supervision and with the work crew who were very pleasant and knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Some problems were discovered after digging the deep hole to access the pipe and they solved it successfully in a speedy and in a professional manner. The work was done properly and the site was cleaned very well and the price was very fair as well.

We had Wm Groves do work for us back in about late 2014. We needed them again to do a small job. Our call on Sat. was responded to promptly and b/c it wasn't a pressing emergency, Will assured us that we would get a call on Monday.
