Everyone at Erindale from the contact stall Richard and Ashley were first class. We cannot say enough good things about the service and installation.
We had an old brick fireplace removed and a new modern sleek one in to replace it. The job was done on time and looks fantastic.
I would recommend Erindale without hesitation.

Highly recommended. We are very happy about the mantel installed in our living room. Both Sales team Ashley and Richard were extremely friendly , professional and knowledgable, pleasant to talk to. The master of craftsman - Peter's work is top-notched. Peter is exactly the kind of the professional whom is devoted to making the mantel and fireplace with perfection, precision, concentration.

Took pictures and measurements and emailed them back to the company, never received a reply after. My follow up email went unanswered. Recommend if you enjoy wasting time and being ghosted. Any recommendations for a company that want to install two fireplaces?
Edit: The management of this company is very poor. I called (as asked below by the person who responds to reviews), but the receptionist had no idea what to do with the call as the sales rep was out. I said that this wasn't a sales call as they had massively screwed up and all she could say was that she wasn't the one who posted the reply

Loved the service from the start. Let me begin by saying I had reached out to another company first and for 4 weeks was given the run around. Within 6 days of contacting Erindale, my shelf was installed on my fireplace and it looks beautiful. I originally spoke to Richard who I believe is a salesman and he was very professional and always got back to me in a timely manner. Shawn, the installer, arrived on time, prepared and was very friendly. It was nice that he cleaned up the work area when he was done as well. Terrific team all around and I highly recommend this company for all of your fireplace
