The new gas insert is beautiful and makes me happy. We bought the first week of August and said we wanted to replace our current gas fireplace. We wanted it in before Christmas. We were told the unit would arrive mid October. First week of November the installer came and said he couldn't install because our chimney had many loose bricks. I was very worried because I did tell them about my chimney problems in August. They assured me back then, no problem. They did arrange for their mason to look at and fix our chimney. Just visited hearth Manor for the first time in a couple years and it's the same warm welcome but I've always gotten since we were kids. Hearth Manor was actually the sponsor for my softball team when I was little!
My kids were enamoured with their antiques section. As the owner of a local business down the street, Align Custom Fit Footwear &Footcare, I can really appreciate the warm welcome of a family-owned business. And especially the longevity is such a great family-owned business. My family has been getting their custom fireplaces here for decades. Looking forward to coming back for a visit

I do not believe they know what customer service is. Waited fully 2 months past the promised date for an electric fireplace. I upgraded my logset. Had an issue and called in to them for an answer. They said they were not happy with the supplier's answer and would reach out. That is the last time I heard from them. I never received a call back.
Friends of mine had a similar experience with them. We all know the supply chain is messed up, but s call every now and then would have been appreciated.

We were looking for a modern fireplace for our custom build homes and our Builder has highly refer us to Hearth Manor and we are so glad we went with them. Liz and Sim was amazing helping me pick the best fireplace for my house. We end up buying a few with Hearth Manor for our entire house. Their installation was very professional and despite the shortage of alot of inventory during the pandemic, they were able to secure my fireplace for me so that I can complete my house. If you want a "take your money and run" company, Go with Hearth Manor. From brutal communication issues for installation, to just down right being ignored for 3 1/2 moths after an improper instillation has forced me to write this review.
I had a fireplace installed late December and had multiple communication problems with them and the gas fitter. We were scheduled for the gas fitter to come at noon and he didn't show up until 6pm with no courtesy call. The installer said he could't complete the job that night and would be back tomorrow

Where do i even start? i am so impressed with the quality and service provided by Hearth Manor. The entire experience was amazing. I had such a hard time finding a company who will just make my life easier. My renovations went smoothly.
Staff is amazing, very friendly and pretty charming i would say. The installers were very professional and tidy. I am in the service industry myself and i rarely write reviews, but Hearth Manor deserves it. If any of you are looking for gas or electric fireplaces and all the other design services, look no more go to Hearth Manor.

I bought a pyramid fire pit (3ft) at the end of the summer for my modest sized backyard and I love it. They aren’t cheap but they are worth every penny. Liz and Sim and the rest of the staff at Hearth Manor were super friendly and helpful.The store is filled with cool vintage things for the yard and cottage. I ended up buying a leather chair and some pillows and a beautifully crafted set of fireplace tools. I highly recommend the store and the fire pit. Thanks Liz!

Hearth Manor provided me with superb service, product quality, a safe installation, and timely delivery for my new gas fireplace insert. Recently purchased an open gas log fireplace from Hearth Manor fireplaces and it is absolutely beautiful just like Simran who helped us decide what will be the best fit for our space and guided us through out the entire process. We went to a few different fireplace stores and everyone wanted to rip us off. She was very honest and made sure we were taken care of she gave us options and costs was not pushy at all. I would like to say after spending quite some time searching the internet looking for a fireplace company that I would feel confident dealing with as my fireplace install would have to be custom built I found that Hearth Manor Fireplaces was the recommended company that continued to be on the top of the list of my internet searches .
