Company is not a very great environment do not pay aboriginal people that work there very well. Also raises are non existent as well as being an aboriginal company there are no managers or supervisors that are of aboriginal descent. Some of the non aboriginal staff seem to have their own agendas and would rather see non aboriginal persons in positions of authority as well as NOT offering in house skilled training even though there is a process to train aboriginal people. As well confidentiality is low as some of the staff seem to think it is okay to talk about others over a group chat. All I can

Very poor company, they offer labourer position to band members. Stay labourers without working their way up to a journeyman status. over worked under paid. Company should set higher standard for its English River Members, management is very poor. Band members are treated unfairly while the office collect the bonuses for jobs that are finished, nothing is provided to their communities like la plonge or Patuanak. Company is stolen just like our land.

A very poorly operated company. Not one indigenous person sits at an executive level. Indigenous people are kept at the bottom while Caucasian people are running the show. Was recently terminated without cause. Rick Davidge is the worst HSE manager I've worked under. Horrible place
