After helping me when my boiler went down a few winters ago Williams was the first place I inquired about a ductless AC unit. Their price was reasonable and the service, as was the case last time, was superb. The installers were professional, the work was completed within the time frame promised and there was a high quality of workmanship. I will certainty use Williams next time I need work on my home energy systems!

Super kudos to Eimel! I called today under emergency and the lady that answered checked to see if there was a tech in my area and there was. She had him here in an hour. This man was amazing. He got right to it and knew what to look for based on the noise my ac was making. Changed a part and came in to show me the part that was breaking. We had ac right away and the house was back to temp in 30 minutes. I wish all repair people could be this knowledgeable and confident in their jobs. Thanks Eimel!

I thought my hot water heater was leaking. Called the office and Dave came right over. As it turned out Dave discovered that it was a leaky cold water tap leading to the washing machine. Thank you Dave for your patience and quick service. When we first moved to Welland we wanted to have our furnace checked and we called Williams Kool Heat as they come highly recommended, and now we would not call anyone else. Dave and Rory have been excellent . They are friendly, courteous and never try to oversell. I would also like to mention the lady in the office who takes the calls. She has always been pleasant

Great service!! Professional and positive and COVID safety-conscious. My furnace broke down on a Saturday evening (this never happens on week day!). Dave (the owner?) answered the phone immediately, and assured me his on-call technician would call me right back with an ETA. He (Jimmy) did, and he was here within the hour. Because my furnace is very old I had to wait until Monday for a part, but Jimmy loaned me 2 small powerful heaters that kept my house nice and warm. First thing: an actual person picked up the phone when I called. On a Saturday ! Unheard of. Even picked up the phone on Sunday ! Did not have to play phone tag.
Second: their advice was bang on. My old a/c was 26 years old already.
Third: the a/c unit they suggested is amazingly good.
Fourth: the new a/c unit was delivered on time and installed and working within a two hour time frame.
They even replaced the base upon which the old a/c was sitting on.
Would I be back to them ?

Dave is a great guy that we really recommend. He is straight forward, very knowledgeable, and doesn't try to oversell you something you don't need. We had 2 systems installed last week and his crew was extremely professional. Tonight, one of our kids severed the bleeder valve off a radiator and Dave went and bought the tool he needed for it, was at our house within an hour, and fixed it immediately without breaking the bank. Dave is the only guy we will use going forward, and we highly recommend him to all! Thank you Dave and your staff for superiour service!! God bless!!
