Kevin from Naturally Gas came within 15 minutes of calling. We had no idea what was wrong with our gas fireplace, and he only took around an hour to fix it. Not only did he fix the coupler, but he also cleaned it. The price was very good for the quality of work, and he was friendly and polite. Our family recommends him.

Guy who came spent more time taking a piss than he did cleaning the furnace. $170 to blow some dust off the control panel and clean the filter with “special industrial cleaner” which was just resolve cleaning spray. I called some other companies after, you can get an actually professional service inspection for $120.
Not to mention he dragged his compressor and vacuum down the steps without a care. Total waste of time and money. OH and the guy took his mask off even though we asked him to wear one.

Our problem was fixed and our Natural Gas Fireplace has never looked and or run better. I called several places and all of them except Natural Gas had at least a 2 week waiting period. Natural Gas Lmt was professional, quick, The guy came the next day but don't depend on a 1 day service as I probably got lucky on the contrary expect to them to do their very best to fit you in as quick as possible, do a terrific job and unlike many of these types of companies the cost was reasonable and the gentleman was honest and direct. I am confident that our service man who may have been the owner is the best

Excellent quality service at a fair price. We compared prices with other companies who gave me some ridiculous estimate ranges (one sent two people on separate days only to give me a wide estimate of 6-20K to replace our HVAC). Owner of Naturally Gas came in the morning after I called, gave a precise estimate, came back that afternoon to beat a rainfall that was coming the next day to immediately work on replacing the outside unit. Next day they showed up early exactly as promised and finished the job. I highly recommend NG for service, quality and price.

My husband and I were in a jam. Our furnace had stopped working and we had no heat! We called a couple of HVAC companies in the area but because it was Christmas Eve, had a difficult time getting them to come to our house to look at our furnace so we were only able to get quotes over the phone. We then called Naturally Gas Ltd. When we called we spoke to Kevin, who I believe is the owner. He came to our house within the hour. He told us the price, which I found to be in line with the other quotes we got over the phone. He never pressured us. Kevin also told us to get other quotes before we made
