Fast, thorough, reliable, decent pricing. Changed my air conditioning and hot water tank in the fall, just to update/upgrade them and Rene an his team were great! Very professional. Then sadly, my furnace which was 11 years old and not from this company, stopped working unexpectedly beginning of December and after an attempt to repair, they discovered it was unsafe and needed replacing. They supplied some temporary heaters, which were excellent and found a great furnace for us that met all of our needs. They had the new furnace in quickly and again, fast, reliable, professional and decent pricing

Great service. I appreciated that the time from signing the contract to getting the work done was quick as it was their busy season.
Rene was very good to work with and he followed up after the work was completed and again a few weeks later. He takes great pride in making sure his customers are satisfied.

Rene and his crew were amazing! We had just moved into a new house and unfortunately the AC was leaking into the furnace and we had to replace EVERYTHING. What a nightmare scenario. Luckily, I came across an ad for Canadian Heating & Air Condtioning. Rene and I booked a time for him to do a site visit. He was professional and prepared. It's greatly appreciated when dealing with a household with young kids that Rene had boot covers, a mask (thanks covid) and gloves.
After discussing what we would need, Rene walked me through the whole process. An expensive job, but the pricing was more than fair

Top shelf experience. Rene was very professional and his follow up was excellent (both pre-install communication and post-install follow up). He was very clear with what to expect on day of service. The install team was likewise professional, on-time, and respectful of the property (tidy etc). They spent time explaining what they did and shared tips for care and basic maintenance of the new Napoleon AC. Pricing was competitive. Would strongly recommend calling Rene and the Canadian H&AC Team if in need of a new unit. Quality products and workmanship.

Our AC finally broke down in August and the guys were able to replace our 30 year old AC and furnace within a couple of days. Rene was very professional and honest laying out our options and his quote was competitive. The guys did a great job on the install getting all the work done in a day despite having to do some custom fitting for the duct work. The system works great. I highly recommend Canadian Heating and Air Conditioning!

We contacted Rene at Canadian Heating and Air Conditioning for a quote on a new furnace and AC. Rene was most helpful from the get go, very knowledgeable, professional, answered all of our questions and most of all, he wasn’t one of those extremely pushy sales people who only care for their commissions. He wanted to make sure we get the best equipment at the best price to meet our family’s needs. Anthony and his team did a really good job removing the old and installing the new equipment. He walked us through everything at the end. Rene also did a walk through after the installation was completed

Canadian salesman was by far the best of the 7 I had come give me a quote on AC replacement. Rene was the only rep to take off the panel of my furnace and explain to me it’s efficiency and heating capacity. He was the ONLY one to explain to me my options (replacing just AC vs replacing both AC and heat) and the pros and cons of each. No pushy sales tactics and quality Canadian made products. Not the cheapest but worth the money. Installation crew was tidy and trust worthy. They made a repeat customer out of me.

Rene the sales rep was very helpful with the pricing options for all the units that were available. He scheduled the install appointment and followed up to make sure everything was good to go. Very professional service. The install crew, Anthony and Evan, were very professional and friendly and after the install they explained thoroughly how the unit ran including the Ecobee wifi thermostat that I chose. Anyone getting a new AC/ Furnace is crazy not to add this to their order. The crew left my house spotless and I am super happy with both the units..great job guys, I would totally recommend this

When our existing furnace quite on us and flooded our furnace room I contacted the original installer. Never heard back for several days. I contacted Canadian Heating and Air, Rene, their sales person was out to see me right away and assessed the old furnace. Rene was professional and not pushy. We signed the agreement for a new furnace and hot water tank. Evan the installer and his partner worked hard to do a very professional job of installing and cleaning up. I give this company full marks as a quality and dependable HVAC supplier and installer.
