Our sewer backed up late Sunday night and I called Magnan first thing in the morning and Martin troubleshooted with me on the phone to figure out the problem so he knew what to bring with him he would have came right away but I had to take the kids to school so he came at noon. Then when he needed the assistance of his big truck he POSTPONED/RESCHEDULED another waste vac job that wasn’t urgent. Like who does that?! I am very happy with the service provided by Magnan and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to get their septic tanks cleaned. I called Magnan and they patched me through to Martin who was responsive and very pleasant to deal with. When Dave came to clean the septic tanks he was very professional and answered any questions I had. Not only was the service great, the price was very reasonable.

Was referred to Martin by my neighbour as they have a similar system. Very quick phone response, showed up exactly when he said he would, and was super knowledgeable and in fact fixed something that I was positive needed replacing. I called Sat at 7:30 am and was pleasantly surprised when the pleasant receptionist patched me through to Mark. I was not expecting anyone to get back to me until Monday. I had questions about a septic tank they had done on an acreage I was purchasing as the straight discharge was near the pasture and I have horses. What a great experience from start to finish! I spoke to Martin when I initially called in for information about having my basement sump cleaned out as it was full of sediment. He was friendly, personable, knowledgeable and patient with all my questions. The big truck arrived at my home as promised the next morning to fix my issue. I had the pleasure of dealing with Andy who was also friendly, polite knowledgeable, efficient and just a really nice man. He took the time to explain the process
