We started having issues with our septic backing up. We called this morning and the pressure truck was here extremely quickly. The operator, DT, was very nice and friendly to deal with. We’ve used Strathcona Septic a few times over the years. They installed a new tank and have helped with another issue. Always prompt and nice to deal with.

Quit price gouging and actually get the job done when presenting an outrageously high bill, when you give an estimate of $1500 to $2000, and it turns into $3400, then you have to pay somebody else to finish the job, unscrupulous company would never get my business again nor would I refer them to anyone, I guess they don’t care about reputation and forget social media is powerful
Update: I worked with the manager Rick to lower my bill, the outcome was a sizeable discount, instead of $3400, $1781.99 +gst , so thank you Rick

Do not hire these guys, it will end up costing you more. we had a cleaning done and our basment flooded within three hours. they did not own up to there mistake even when there own driver (second tehcnicna that came out to fix the mistake but didnt) stated that whoever cleaned it broke it. do not hire these guys save you some headaches. the general manager is very unprofessional and will not do anything to make anything right.
