I was in a bind as I had another chimney replacement done (cash sale no receipt) recently and my chimney plugged up in 2 weeks causing smoke damage and fire dept said it could have been much worse . One being that my insurance would not have covered it as no receipt and done incorrectly according to fire dept superviser. Kenny from Ace Chimney was here in no time and replaced the liner for a fair price and put my mind at ease. Has worked perfectly for 5 years now. Another interesting point is that initially during a routine cleaning before any repairs were done , I was told that my brick chimney
