They came on time, it cost exactly what they said it would, they were professional and polite, they cleaned area when they were finished and I will definitely use them again if I need another fence repair.

People should be very careful dealing with Farshid AKA Fred at this company. He suggests that clients pay him in cash to avoid paying taxes, but if there are any complaints there is no paper trail of the transaction and he lacks the professionalism to fix his mistakes. He also hired three painters to paint his newly purchased mansion and didn’t pay them a penny. Be careful hiring and trusting this company.

If you're considering fencing, I'd say go to someone else who'd value your business more. I contacted Star Fencing because they appeared to have decent Google reviews, but after they had come to do measurements, they were unresponsive. No quotes, no updates, even after I had followed-up several times. The person who picked up the call was rude at times and seemed to just brush me off. Perhaps my backyard fencing was too insignificant a business for them. In a competitive industry like this, you'd think they'd learn to do customer service well.

Amazing job on our deck!
This company is the only company that I would recommend for a deck project. The staff is friendly and professional, and their quality is on a class of its own.
They delivered this project before the agreed upon deadline with no issues. Even the city inspector was impressed by the end result.

I am totally satisfied with the 3 new fences we had installed by Star Fencing in June 2020. We researched and received quotes from multiple fencing companies in KW. At the end of the day Star Fencing won us over with a competitive quote and really great customer service. We needed a bit of a unique design solution to fit a unique space in our yard. Before we received a final quote, Fardin (who I believe is the sales and customer contact rep) actually returned to my house a second time with the boss to explain our needs and to get his expert opinion. His ideas ended up being the most economical

They did a great job on our wood fence and retaining wall. When we had the job quoted, they came in with the lowest price. Friendly and hardworking staff. There are a few spots that don't look as pretty, but nothing major. Only complaint I have was that they never ended up dropping off a couple boards to cover the gaps below our sloped fence as agreed upon in a previous phone call. Unfortunately we had already given them the cheque, and I never heard back.
