We are very pleased with our vinyl fence and if we ever needed more work done, we'd be going to Frontier Fencing. The staff are respectful, reliable and friendly. The office is quick to reply back on email and all questions were answered in a professional, pleasant way. It was a pleasure to do business with them.

Horrible experience with Frontier Fencing. The poorest customer service I have ever received DO NOT USE!! .My wife and I live in a condo/townhouse and want to extend our fence 8ft on both sides, gate, and also have a patio installed. Jonathan came out in early April to look at what we wanted and was 40 minutes late, my wife and I are reasonable people and understand stuff happens so we overlooked that, but I wish we had known that was the beginning, not the end of the horrible customer service we received. Frontier Fencing did a fantastic job installing Medallion ornamental iron fence at our home. Gerald and James were our installers and they went WAY above and beyond what we thought the finished job would be. Nothing was rushed, and yet they were quick and efficient. Everything about the job was thorough and perfect. When they ran into a couple road blocks (trees, gas line, etc), they found solutions that satisfied us. They did not leave until we were 100% satisfied with the project and we couldn't have asked for a better service from the first step (quote)to the last step. Thank you so much guys

DO NOT USE FRONTIER!
We called Frontier about having a fence built in our backyard and were put in touch with Jonathan. He gave us a rough quote over the phone to do the job for $10,000. He said he would have to come out to get proper measurements for a firm quote. To secure him coming out we were asked to pay $225 plus HST (a charge no other contractor asked for). Since he was the first person we called and his price was inline with what we expected, we accepted this in person quote fee knowing the charge would go towards the final bill. After coming he sent us a quote which totalled over $24

Frontier came and replaced our 30y/o fence. Extremely happy with their work. Stunned by the professionalism and work ethic of their employees.
Showed up on time every day, worked non stop in some of the hottest days of the season. Originally scheduled only half the fence to be completed this year, when we approached them the first day about completing the whole project they were very accommodating. Minor misunderstandings about cosmetic looks for the fence were dealt with promptly and professionally.
Their workmanship is excellent. I would call them to do my fence again in the future but I feel

Frontier Fencing completely refurbished a pergola for us. Crew was prompt both days, came with the needed equipment, were fast/polite and affordable. We especially like the Japanese style screens they retrofitted to where there had been lumber yard Lattice. Would highly recommend Jay and his team to anyone in the Waterloo Region and beyond.

We loved working with Frontier. All their staff seemed friendly and polite when they came to our home. The owner was fabulous to deal with and was very patient with us as we had to deal with a variance issue with the county. They built a large walk out deck for us with a staircase...it looks wonderful. Gerald was the main contractor at our site and he was fantastic..can not say enough things. Love working with a family owned and operated business. Would highly recommend!
