My wife and I were looking to get all new siding, fascia,soffit and eaves done. We had a few quotes but Bruce at Custom aluminum seemed to be the best. We had a quote done on August 11. We were told it would be at least a couple months before they could start. We didn’t hear anything from custom aluminum after that. We reached out to Bruce mid October and we were told the siding was on back order do to Covid and it was hard to get products which is completely understandable. However nobody from Custom aluminum picked up the phone to even let us know what the current situation was and left us

Custom Aluminum recently replaced the entire gutter system of our house - eavestroughs, soffits, fascia, down spouts, et al - and they did an outstanding job. From the very start their sales rep, Dave, offering valuable tips and info, suggested the best aluminum colour to match those of our house; and yes, it turned out to be just perfect.
The installation process by Ibrahim and his assistants Istref and Arjiet was impeccable. Not only were they knowledgeable and experienced, but their work ethics, their overall attitude and their excellent disposition for service were impressive and admirable

Custom Aluminum was a pleasure to work with. Dave in sales was very knowledgeable and always available to answer questions both before and after placing our order. The office staff always kept us aware of the installer schedules - something we did not expect to see. Kevin and Steve were FANTASTIC installers - very professional, personable and detailed work from this installation team. They also provided good recommendations and advice as they were installing to make the work even better! I would recommend Custom Aluminum to all looking for this type of work.

We needed to change eavestroughs/facia/soffit and also wanted to add exterior insulation and new siding to our family home (built in 1970s). We got around 9 different quotes, and by far one of the most competitive and fair was by Custom Aluminum. The products they use are excellent, and they explain and show you the difference. The owner is incredibly patient and explained everything to us, throughout the job he was always available to answer questions.

We had Custom Aluminum renovate the exterior of our house with new insulation, aluminum siding and eaves. The quality of work was excellent and the crew showed up everyday. Less than a year later I made a service call. The new crew was rude, threatening and unprofessional. They argued that the service was covered under warranty. I would not recommend this company because of that experience.

Booked a job to replace the siding with new insulation and vinyl siding. I asked if the job can be done in 4 weeks, and i was assured that it would. After 4 weeks i was told "due to covid" (every contractor's excuse these days) it will be another 4 to 6 weeks, but the owner promises it will be done by the end of September! It's the end of September and they are withdrawing from doing the job saying we never talked about replacing the old siding, just to add on top! The salesperson, Bruce, lied from day one. I have

Custom Aluminum was referred to us by our neighbor. We are so happy that we decided to go with them after getting quotes from 2 other companies. We had our windows changed, eastroughs and siding installed by them. Vlaz was the coordinator from beginning to end. He was always available to answer questions we had. The window team ( I think his name was Dragon ) was efficient, quick and professional. They were also very patient with our puppy. Dealt with Brian who was very professional. Obtained several quotes and Custom Aluminum was very competitive. They are very busy so we had to wait for our Eavestroughs, soffits and fasciae to be done, but let’s just say it was worth the wait! Work was very well done and completed in a timely manner! Work area was cleaned to perfection at the end of the job.
To be honest we weren’t even home while the work was being done but everything was completed exceeding our expectations!
