We now have done our bathrooms at progressive countertops and they have restored our faith in stone countertops companies, after dealing with stonex in Woodstock!
People get back to you promptly to answer questions, they don’t cancel on you and they don’t take your money and forget about you! Countertops look beautiful!!! Would definitely go back here!

With our recent install of two Bathroom counter tops by Progressive I couldn't be more disappointed with the out come. Mistakes can happen I understand but when you cannot take responsibility for them then how can I recommend your business to others? Never did they apologise for both counter tops that were measured in correctly, to both under mounted sinks that were not installed correctly as they were not even sealed. To the customer service I received afterwards to explain my issues....no one even seemed to care. I guess I learned who not to go with or recommend when it comes to counter tops

Unfortunately the show room was closed for appoimtments only. Would have been nice to see on the website rather than 'preferred'.
Staff came out to talk I asked for a range in prices as I could not go in but said they price on the design rather than square foot. Something I've never heard of.
Not the best set up.

Learned my lesson when buying Quartz Counter tops... Do not buy from Progressive Countertops!!! What a terrible experience with Progressive Countertops! They advertise Great Customer Service but when they mess up your counter tops they don't have a care in the world! I wanted a certain size, they made my countertops shorter than I requested. Measure twice - cut once! Did they ever learn this concept?

Thanks for the great job done installing our quartz Cambria counter top and island top! Our island is 10 ft long by 4 feet wide. They sent 6 men to bring the counters in. 3 stayed back to finish the job. They were quick & efficient with the install. Cleaned up. The staff at the Strathroy store were helpful & friendly.

Great service. We had a problem with our countertop that was installed about 4 years ago. Alerted Michelle and she got back to us and a few days later there were guys at our door to fix problem. We were very happy with the service provided by the servicemen. They were very courteous and had problem fix ASAP. Thank you Progressive Countertop for your immediate service.

We had a kitchen countertop and washroom vanity countertop installed recently. The staff in the showroom and warehouse were very friendly and helpful. The quality of the countertops was excellent, but we were not impressed with the installers. For the kitchen countertop, the installers did not provide sufficient spacing for our stove. They were so quick with the installation, that they never bothered to check the positioning. They had to come back and smash one slab into the wall to provide just enough gap to squeeze in the stove. For our washroom vanity, the countertop was wobbly after installation

Lots of beautiful stone, nicer stone was already sold or on hold . Initial visit with a sales manager was great, they were helpful kind and easy to talk to. However, won’t buy from progressive since the experience going back to show family what we were thinking of purchasing was not pleasant and lacked direction. Given their higher prices I would expect staff to be more friendly and informative. We went shopping for stone in other places some with huge showrooms with available stone, lots of good information on types of stone, as well as guidance on what would be appropriate for our project specifically
