A company vehicle did not secure their load and a roofing board flew out of their truck and smashed my car. It destroyed my front passenger headlight and side panel. The driver took off and because it was just before the Gardener Expressway, I was not able to follow them.
When I contacted the business to give me insurance information, they ignored me and brushed it off. I was stuck footing the bill. The unsecured load could have killed someone and they couldn't care less.

Our roof was about 17 years old and in bad condition. So, we contacted Smart Roofing and Bob was able to come over that same day. He told us what was wrong and that we had to have our roof replaced as soon as possible. He told us all that would be done to bring our new roof up to today’s standards and was very confident about everything that would need to be done by the roof installation team. The installation team arrived that next Monday morning and did everything that needed to be done in a single day. After receiving a few quotes from different companies, I decided to go with Smart Roofing Inc. Because of their good reputation and quality workmanship. After the work was completed I was very happy that I decided to go with them. That work was done with care and good attention to detail and great shingles and I was informed a day ahead of time to be prepared for the work to begin. Overall a great company who will do a quality job on your roof, definitely would recommend!

I called Smart Roofing to advise me if I needed to replace my shingles as I noticed unevenness in one section of the roof. Bob, a very friendly man, climbed on top of the roof and after a quick but thorough inspection advised me that there was nothing wrong with my roof! Now that is honest professionalism that impressed me! Bob is now my "go to" guy for all my roofing needs. Thanks Bob!

The roofers just left after installing my new roof and my house looks fantastic. Bob Morgan was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. The workers were professional, polite, fast, and thorough. They cleaned up my yard to ensure my dog didn't step on any nails. The cost was in line with my expectations. I'm very pleased with their service and my house looks great. I would highly recommend Smart Roofing to my friends and neighbours.

Having had a bad experience with our existing roof, we decided this year it was time to change. Our existing roof was only 10 years old but every time the wind blew over 80 we would lose shingles. I myself did a load of research about what shingle we wanted and the CertainTeed Landmark Pro is about the best out there. CertainTeed has a list of approved contractors which have clearly been verified and approved for their workmanship and just as importantly their integrity. We liked Bob from the very beginning. Very knowledgeable, very understanding about my many questions and at no stage did we feel

I had hired another roofing company to work on my roof but did have issues. In a legal dispute with them. However, in order to help with the matter, I reached out to multiple roofers in the GTA and Jerry was one of the few that actually was willing to come to my house to perform just an estimate. Knowing that his team won't get work out of it in the short term as I need it purely for my legal matter. While everyone else just either hung up on me or told me to go away Jerry was professional, ethical and most importantly stood by his word. I truly appreciate his work and would recommend him
