Had our attic insulation upgraded from aboutr R18 to R60. They did an excellent job on putting vapor barriers on many pot lights and some bathroom fans and took care to make sure it was done right. Good advice was given and work was done in a professional manner.

What can I say… Mike Arcand on behalf of this company has transformed our house.
It is a humble house; not showy or massive, but the fenestration has improved greatly.
The attention to detail was amazing. The fact that some of the weather conditions were poor, did not make a difference in quality or attention to detail of the install.
I would… highly recommend Great Canadian. Matt and Matt 🤓 were both amazing and helpful in the customer service department. The quote that I received in April was the amount that I paid in December.

Needed our roof replaced, was starting to show wear. The Great Canadian crew were able to start much more quickly than we anticipated and did a great job installing, keeping the area clean and with the final clean-up as well. Appreciated the follow-up visit from Andrew to ensure the job was done to our satisfaction. Would definitely engage them again for other services to our home.

Stay Away!! They abounded with great promises that later many were not followed through. We were up-sold, unfortunately. To start with our work order was lost what we were told would be installed in a week was 3+weeks later after I followed up. We were PROMISED again and again that the final payment would not be taken until we approved the job. However the payment was taken immediately after they finished and we hadn’t been even seen the work. The yard was not cleaned I was picking nails up for a week, which was PROMISED the yard would be impeccable as we had young kids. They left extra shingles

I am leaving this feedback on behalf of my cousin Jim and his family in Sherwood Park as their google accounts don't seem to work properly for posting. They had a great positive experience with replacing their 27 year old cedar roof this month. After several quotes, they chose this venue despite it was not the lowest cost as that was not a critical criterion. They found the staff to be professional. We had a piece of L flashing that came off our roof in a storm and when we went to get it fixed, we got the run-around from one company so I contacted Great Canadian Roofing. Wes at Great Canadian put me through to Andrew Knapton who was fantastic. I highly recommend this company. They just finished replacing my roof - they did the roof in a timely fashion ahead of schedule and the roofer Tony did an amazing job. We were so impressed with the crew from Saskatoon! Our house is old (1914) We had lost shingles in the wind storm this spring. When they ripped off the remainging old shingles they found holes in the roof that the last shingling crew didn't repair - just shingled over. These guys took the time to show us the damage and repair them properly before shingling our roof. They were very professional and I would highly recommend them!

I’ve had a check for $80k on my fridge since August payable to Great Canadian but I was told you don’t do hardy board in the winter! Sad. I guess after 6 months the insurance check expires and the next construction company will get it.

We used great Canadian roofing about three years ago. We’ve had multiple leaks in the house. They are non committal in warranty work - last we talked to them the manager, Andrew, said he would be here at 9 AM the next morning. This was 10 days ago and he hasn’t showed up or called. Very disappointed.

We had a great experience with Great Canadian and getting insulation put in our attic! Nguyen was awesome, he alerted us to a roof leak that had been missed by our home inspector. We fixed the leak and had the insulation topped up. It was quick, well done and they cleaned up after wards! Great service! Thank you!

Not only were they quick to respond to our inquiry, they were able to get our repair done efficiently so no further damage could occur! Amazing customer service!!! I called other roofing companies prior to calling Great Canadian and they would not give me the time of day or call me back.
