Very bad experience with the rude personnel, however a nice walk close to the bisons.
First, they refused us the access to the toilets, even if we had pregnant women in the group ! This happened when we already had the tickets.
Second, even if the close parking place was empty and we were the only one visitors, they aggressively made us move the car in the distant parking, after we paid the tickets.

Fascinating history and fun to see the variety of animals. Friendly, helpful staff and the food was good. Vegan coffee and the sorbet was great. We took the horse drawn carriage, which was great, although there was no English speaking guide available. Good to visit in different seasons to see the changes.

I did the tour on the coach. Spent 90% of it in the woods looking at wild boar, the bison were shin only for 5 minutes. Moreover tge coach approached only on one side: peopls sitting left cojkd see well and take picture, the other side were "unlucky"... why don't you train your drivers to approach the bisons 5 minutes on the left and 5 in the right? It does not seem difficult!

Really fun and educational experience we did the walking tour and were able to get really close to the animals. Our bubbly guide took a lot of times to explain everything about the project and biodiversity in general, how humans and animals can share a same space and live in harmony. Once more, thanks to our wonderful guide Marilou who took the time to explain and answer questions from everyone: kids, adults and English speaking foreigners.
