At first on possession of our new Lancaster home in Lyons creek, Chippawa we had a few communication problems with the after Sales office, but once we got to know the staff better all the deficiencies were taken care of very promptly before Tarion due dates.
Now after a year when new problems arise with house settling down and exterior work being done, with one phone call or an email to Arthur (Customer Care Manager) he and his handy man Sergio gets the work done the next day or as soon as possible. We, personally are very happy with their after Sale service.

We recently moved into Lancaster Home. Similar to all the new homes yes.. We did have some deficiencies however all were rectified and the support was amazing. Sales to service there were people who helped through concerns and questions we had. It is built well and overall experience is great... Thanks Dan and Sergio for going above and beyomd...
