I bought my first condo at Wish Condos and I couldn't be happier. I love my suite design and coming home is my favourite thing to do. I have recommended Liberty to my other home-seeking friends.

I like to say to all that are upset and complained about the cancelled project, get over. This was 4 years ago. I bought my unit at Wish condo another project, I wa very impressed, it's the best. Good quality products I got as standard, for other builders this would be an upgrade. In the cancelled project nobody lost money , but lost an investment, that's why everyone is mad. But this is not the only builder that has cancel a project, many have and many will do. . I also angry because I was buying at Cosmo as a first time buyer, close to the subway, highways and cheap very low price. That's why

Bought a unit from them before. Unit was not bad. Regular delays, nothing out of the ordinary. I think most of the negative comments come from angry buyers at the Cosmos condos where they cancelled. It's unfortunate, hope they don't do it again.

They are very bad developers, their building designs looks nice for selling but what they deliver to owners is totally awful and misleading in their sales time. They show somethings but they build something else. Their quality of construction is poor. In the world on YONGE project they sold very expensive and after 6 years is still not that price.
They have dirty mindset, just getting money. After 6 years most of owners pay high interest for their mortgage because none of the banks accept their mortgage and most of them on private.
They do abuse the board and management to cover their bad intentions

Our occupancy for wish condo was on November 29, 2019 and still these ... people giving us notice that the condo is not ready. How ... scam you are. Took 60k deposit for 2 years and canceled the project a month before they were supposed to start building, and then gave back the money with no intrest even tho it stated in the agreement that if the project was canceled we would get our money back + the intrest. Do not purchase from liberty you will be scammed.

This company is a complete scam, do not believe all those phony fake positive reviews. My family put everything on the line for a property here, and this company cancelled the project after realizing property values ended up increasing over 6 figures in value. They decided to cancel on over 800+ buyers, holding everyones hard earned money hostage for over 2 years, leaving buyers stranded and left out of the market entirely. Unfortunately this company even got one star rating from me when they don't deserve any for taking advantage of so many of their clients.
These guys will likely open up under another name and conduct the same shady business as they did before.
In 2016 many people purchased pre-construction condo units to start their life in their new home unfortunately due to a soaring market and the greed of the company they have cancelled our contract.
Because of Liberty's decision to terminate their projects for Cosmos 2 and Cosmos 3 we all now have to either look elsewhere for property in our price range

Very very greedy company. No business ethics. They do not understand that the the main asset is happy customers but not just extra money they made robbing regular average people whom they sold Cosmo Condos and then decided to cancel the project. If they did once like that they will do it again. Better stay away from this company and all other companies owned by these people! We still hope that Government will develop a law that can protect regular people from dishonest builders like this company. We will fight till the end!!!

Liberty... what a scam. They can just cancel 3 condo projects for no reason and won't offer you any compensation. Just don't buy from them.
