Communication with the office and all the coordination was smooth & easy!
They did everything they said they would do, on time and on budget!!
Since the work was completed, I have received several comments from my neighbors on how nice our new roof looks now!!

Their workers are very unprofessional
One guy in their company vehicle followed us around and almost hit our vehicle numerous times until he stopped then came back with his coworker and tried to fight us and was swearing at us while a family watched from their drive way. I don’t recommend you use a company that employs workers like this. It’s a great reflection on what type of company this is.

I recently had new shingles installed by Fraser Shingling and Exteriors. Everyone I dealt with from start to finish on the project was so totally pleasant and professional to deal with. Not only was their pricing competitive, their customer service and quality of work was excellent. I can see why they’re known as one of the best shingling companies in the area. I live in a townhouse condominium of which I am a board member. We have called Fraser Shingling & Exteriors many times to do such things as wind damage repair to shingles & facia. Roof inspections, attic leaks and most recently condensation in attics that froze during the minus temperatures then thawed when it warmed up causing water to run out of the soffits. Dealing with this company puts your mind at ease from the receptionist, who is always very curtious & freindly, to Caleb our "go to guy" who handles our problems quickly and professionally. I emailed an inquiry late in the evening and they called first thing in the morning. They came out that same day to take a look at my attic. The worker was very polite and was quick to get up on the ladder once we told him what was going on. The price was very fair I thought for what they did. Would definitely use them again.

This company replaced the siding on our house as well as a roof skylight. From the start, we were impressed by the knowledge, professionalism and product advice given by the staff. The workers who did the actual jobs were punctual, able to deal with unexpected situations, and always pleasant to deal with. The job was finished on time. Subsequently, we needed a very minor fix for an unexpected situation, and that was made immediately. We have since called the company to make an unconnected minor repair to flashing on the house. Fraser Shingling did a great job on my house. With the rain coming down and blowing sideways Chris got up quickly on the house, identified the issue and then resolved it in lightning speed. Because they were so fast, we avoided any interior damage.

A huge thank you to Fraser Bros. eavestrough dept. Landscapers knocked down one of my downspouts and I called to get an estimate on repairs. The next day Fraser Bros. had someone stop at my house and reattached the downspout to my house ... no charge🙏

Though they kept our site clean, the end result is worse that what we had before. Our house with the new insulation is colder than before and we hear everything our neighbours said. Add, that they goofed on some window sill detailing so the water drains behind the siding, we spent lots of money and ended up worse off. 1 1/2 years later and we are freezing.

Fraser Shingling and Exteriors in LETHBRIDGE are not to be trusted. We had good experiences in the past with their Calgary office (now closed) but can not say anything positive about this business now. They were contracted and billed out well over $50,000 worth of repairs on our home post the Airdrie hailstorm of 2014. Thank you, thank you, thank you!! We had a leak in our roof that we had tried to fix ourselves only to find on the Friday before the long weekend, it didn't work. Water in the attic from an unused vent...so frustrating and potentially damaging with water seeping in. I had tried calling other roofing companies last week who never got back to me, so after a suggestion from our insurance company, I called Fraser this morning. It was raining. The Crew that did the work were the most professional and polite group one could hope to meet, went above and beyond, answering my questions (I admit I had a few) they even went so far as to stick down the shingles to ensure the wind would not lift them up again..
