Seems like two accounts to prevent people from looking at the other account where people are leaving low reviews. Hard to get Carlo to respond. Get ready to chase after him from different phone numbers after a deposit is paid.

Carlos promised to stand by the warranty of his work. All the joints are bleeding and the stone is all discolored. He is no where to be found. Getting him to complete the job was hard enough I guess we should not have expected it to be done well. The worst part was he was higher than many other quotes and we chose him for the warranty which he doesn't honor anyway. Do you like your house? If so I would highly recommend you not go with this company. He might never show up after taking your deposit which he almost did to us if we didn't threaten to go to the cops and after all that the work was poor

Why does Carlo have two separate Google profiles? Is it so that people don't see all bad reviews on the other profile. Look at his Toronto profile for all bad reviews. I think he's just scamming people by having different profiles and posting fake reviews.

When the front entrance of my 100 yr old family home began to crumble I began the search for someone who was the right fit to repair it. I interviewed multiple companies but none were the right fit. Our stones have turned a horrible colour and he still has yet to come back to fix it. once we paid in full, he did not seem to care about the quality of his work. it looks terrible, and we are having a hard time getting him to respond and come back to fix his shoddy work. would not recommend at all- would go to someone more reputable with guaranteed quality. will post pictures soon of patio work in my backyard and the terrible discolouration.

We contacted Dicarlo Stoneworks to create a backyard oasis. We had just had an in-ground pool and hot-tub installed, and we wanted to lay a stone patio to complete the retreat. My husband and I are not designers and had no idea where to start, so when we got in touch with Carlo we were so impressed at his knowledge and eye for design. What he designed for us came to life quickly and efficiently with minimal mess throughout the process. We are so impressed with Carlo and his team we will not hesitate to contact them again for future jobs or to recommend them.

Carlo was excellent to work with. He showed up promptly for the estimate and as soon as weather permitted for the work. He suggested ways to more efficiently fix my problem and pointed out some items I hadn't even noticed. I would highly recommend Dicarlo stoneworks
