We had an irrigation system installed by them and there were a lot of issues. There was constant leakage from the sprinklers and many were
clogged. We called them to come and fix it before the year's warranty
and since we were away at the time they came , they email us an invoice
for the service even though it was their fault that the lines were clogged.
When we came back my husband called the office and questioned the
bill. Oh my god ! That woman (Melanie) was so rude to him he was shocked. No professionalism at all. We build a big house and dealt with a lot of trades people. We had good

Sean and his team are amazing. One of the few companies that stand behind their product and services 100%. From the initial install over 5 years ago to the yearly opening and closing the team has been responsible and very responsive. Retuning calls and showing up on time for appointments. I have and will continue to recommend them to anyone looking for a sprinkler system.

We purchased a sprinkler system last spring from Empire Green and are very happy with the service and product. The employees were very polite and professional when they were at my home. They followed excellent Covid protocols and were careful with my lawn as they worked. We’ve had the system winterized and then reopened this spring with no problems at all. The office staff has been pleasant and helpful whenever we’ve called. Very pleased with this company!

I recently got a sprinkler system installed by Empire Green. I am looking forward to not having to pull out my hose and water my lawn anymore! Everything has been great from the time I booked my quote with Shawn, to the end of the installation. Melanie in the office was very helpful with answering any of my questions in between and getting my installation scheduled and completed-even with the unpredictable snow and rain in April. Used to be a good reliable company but with his with extremely rude and unprofessional wife ( Melanie) they won’t be in business for long. She would not even care what you have to say. They send 2 unprofessional kids that had no clue about sprinkle system. Ruined my grass and when I asked them to send someone else to check, she refused. They didn’t even discuss the job and the cost to know if you really want to go ahead with it. They shock you with a high bill. Be aware of the scammers.

After years of doing business with them we had some issues this past season and we complained about their service... after some back and forth the issues were resolved, and everything seemed fine. Unbeknownst to us, and after leaving several messages for them to come and close our sprinklers they never got back to us. When I contacted them by e-mail with a separate issue we were informed that they would not serve our property any longer. This sort of behaviour towards longstanding clients is not only unprofessional, it's plain rude. I cannot recommend this company.

I just had my new sprinkler system installed by Sean and his team at Empire Green. They came recommended to me by two neighbours who are good friends. Everyone I dealt with including the girls at the office (Amanda & Melanie) were very polite, helpful and of course professional. The system is entirely automated and can be controlled from my phone. It has rain sensing technology so no watering the lawn during rainstorms. The guys installed the system with minimal damage to the lawn that will easily be grown back in in a couple of weeks.

After obtaining a number of quotes, we made the decision to have Empire Green Lawn Sprinkler Ltd. install our system. From the first point of contact through to completion of the project Sean and his full team were nothing but professional, knowledgeable, responsive and very pleasant to work with. The work was done in a very timely and professional manner - when they left after the irrigation system was installed in both the front and back yard, you would not have known anything was done - they left everything neat and tidy. Excellent company to use for installation of sprinkler system. Very experienced and good customer service. They were able complete everything as scheduled, and coordinated all work with my landscaper. I did shop around and they did quote me the best price as well. I would NOT recommend this company. If I could give it a 0, I would. I had setup an appointment to have Sean come out to provide an estimate to split one irrigation zone into two. As he is the only one (as I was advised) that can do estimates, an appointment was set up for a couple of weeks away. When the appointment came, a couple of young men from his company came out to the house.
