We had True North install our new furnace. The heat exchanger on the old furnace cracked and we needed a quick turn around for the repair as this was in November and the temperature was dropping. The True North guys did a great job. I was told that my drywall ceiling in the basement would have to be ripped up by another contractor in order to allow for correct venting, True North did it without scratching the paint.
They helped us install our new Ecobee thermostat and explained how it would work. Everything was done quickly and cleanly. They even fixed my fireplace which was installed incorrectly by another contractor. These are the guys you're looking for if you want good service and a fair price.

Dec 22/18 furnace failed. Called True North. Same day service. Fast, friendly, professional and efficient. Back with the heat that day. Fast forward to Sept 2021 and needed an air conditioning service call. Again, same day, Fast, efficient, professional and friendly call. Diagnosed the problem and repaired a non-working switch on the unit and… since my lines were frozen, needed to let them thaw. Second visit to check out the lines etc, a another person, equally friendly and professional. No charge for the return call! Was pleasantly surprised. They are officially my forever air/heating company

My Ac unit is underperforming , i called reporting that and agent said they will send technician for inspection with service fee of 90+tax. Technician came and said AC should have been off to check refrigerant gas pressure . Technician said he will come tomorrow and check but that is another service fee 101$ and based on his inspection he will decide next steps.. it is an endless chain of service fees!
The agent should have instructed me to turn AC off hours before they come if this is a requirement or possible requirement for

After searching for a reliable, energy efficient water heater and a reputable contractor to install it, I decided to have True North Home Comfort replace my 17 year old rental with a John Wood unit. True to their word (and name), they were;
• very punctual, arriving within 15 minutes of their earliest estimated start time and work was completed in 2 hours as expected
• clean and tidy; floor mats were used where required, all areas were cleaned after work completion, and old materials were completely

I had an old furnace to replace a couple winters ago and was looking for a an affordable local installer to fix it quick. I got a great quote from True North for a replacement and they had a new one installed in no time. The next season there was a minor issue with an electronic module and they were quick to come and fix it at no charge. The furnace has worked great and the service personnel were very friendly and professional. Overall, it was a great experience for something that I had been putting off for years. I would recommend them to anyone.

Wow is all I can say, we are so pleased, we had to get a new furnace, ac and humidifier. James and Braden and all the guys were amazing. The install was on time , professional etc. we had to call back a couple times (not their fau,t) but to help get the humidifier to the right amount. Val was great making us feel that we can call anytime u til we were absolutely satisfied. The guys were always cheerful, polite and respectful. I would definitely recommend them

I would highly recommend True North Home Comfort. They put in our furnace and air conditioner in 2017. Very professional and friendly. Any questions were answered so that anyone could understand. Today we phoned because our furnace wasn't working and James came over and replaced a part that was needed quickly and efficiently.

Great company to work with. They installed our system about 5 years ago. Recently, our furnace wouldn't start. We called on Thursday, and the office was quick to advise that we were still under warranty. Jamie arrived Friday morning, and the system was up and running within 30 minutes. Happy, happy, happy.
