Our AC stopped working. Paul started by walking me through some possible fixes I could complete myself. Once we resolved that those weren't the issues, he came by within 24 hours and found the issue; he replaced the capacitor. He followed up later that day to ensure everything was still running well. Great value and friendly service.

Great interaction. Talked over the phone and Paul tried to troubleshoot my issues- didn't end up working out as my AC was too old- He still recommended another company to get me AC replaced. Great person to speak with over the phone and seemed VERY honest- would totally recommend for HVAC issues

Paul came out on a long weekend and serviced a gas line issue for us. He was at our home within an hour off the phone call. Very knowledgable and efficient. I highly recommend him for any of your hvac needs

Paul Hughes at Hughes Home Services was an incredible help. With the cooler weather last week, my husband and I decided to turn on our furnace and it turned on just fine. However by the evening we noticed that there was not heat coming through the vents. My husband tried to troubleshoot the issue with no luck. I called Paul the next morning and although his schedule was full that day, he was able to walk us through a few things we could try over the phone. He was so knowledgeable, that he worked with us to at least determine if he had to come in to fix the problem and to our surprise, the time

I had Paul install the gas line for my gas pool heater. He came quickly to provide a quote, and was flexible in booking a time to come to install the line (we had to coordinate with the pool installers). His work was top quality, and he was very detail oriented making sure everything was done neatly and correctly. I would definitely call Paul again if I needed any further work done.

Paul is the best guy in town! He was very prompt and courteous when our furnace broke down. He was very friendly and willing to explain everything he was doing. I was very impressed with his knowledge, skill and customer service. He was trustworthy and sincere. I genuinely felt like he had my best interest in mind. I learned a lot from him not only about my furnace but about how to best circulate the air in my home and how to most efficiently heat and cool all levels of our home. Paul has done several jobs for us, the latest being to move our fireplace. He is dependable, knows what he's doing (everything is done to code specifications), and his prices are excellent.
