A very good technician. Tested all aspects of boiler and recommended several parts to be replaced. I was very pleased at this point. However, when I received the estimate for the replacement of the parts I was shocked at their upcharge - 340%. This is over 10 times a normal upcharge. By my calculation he would be making $1000 per hour. Needless to say I found another plumber to do the work.

I booked a visit with them 10 days ago. they just called to cancel on me. no apologies, nothing. Their operator sounds like she thinks people have nothing else to do but to sit in their houses waiting for them to show up.
don't contact them if you value your time. they don't understand that the party that cancels needs to reschedule at the other party's convenience. they probably have too much clients to care.

Richard is a top notch plumber and furnace installer. He fixed our boiler that had a short in the wiring system. I’m sure other companies probably would have charged an arm and leg to fix the problem. Highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a experienced and knowledgeable furnace/boiler technician.

My furnace stopped working, another contractor tried to sell me a new furnace but upon recommendation from a friend I called Seebacher to look at my furnace Richard came and found a couple parts worn out he replaced the parts and cleaned my furnace and it’s as good as new. He also took the time to point out areas that I can take care of to prevent my problem from happening again and lengthen the life of my furnace. Thanks Richard

My circumstances were unusual. I was leasing a business space from an exceedingly difficult landlord. The criteria that would enable me to remain at this location was very narrow in its perametres, but this company thought outside the box and came up with a brilliant solution.
A couple weeks in, we realized the unit installed was defective and Seebachers swiftly resolved the problem and immediately replaced the unit. All is working perfectly now and has been for several months.
