Definitely recommend Frank - he really cares about quality of his work and very responsive for any questions prior, during or after the job is complete. I had squirrel infestation in one place, hole in another and so the entire suffit needed replacing - Frank assessed the job, using his drone (I ended up with plenty of pics of both before and after); was able to give me a few options as how to address the problem and then, when there were additional issues during the repairs, was able to adjust well to the revised scope. All throughout, me being quite clueless about roofing, he patiently explained

I had two roofing jobs I needed done - a detached garage where the roof had started leaking and a dormer on the front of my house where the shingles had worn out. I contacted Frank through his online form and received a response almost immediately. Throughout the whole process Frank was extremely responsive and thorough. While inspecting the roof he explained what he would need to do and areas he was concerned about. Unfortunately once the shingles had been removed from the dormer, some serious rot was revealed. Professional, fast and contactless service! Would highly recommend Frank. After another roofer refused our job, Frank was at our house to inspect less than 24 hours after I contacted him. With his drone he was easily able to assess our whole roof and accurately quote the work. The repairs were excellent quality, done on time, no surprises and even slightly under budget. We sold our house, and realized as the sale was closing that the roof had lost some shingles in a recent windstorm. Frank was fabulous! Detailed, precise and FAST! He came next day, inspected the roof, took pictures to show us the damage and patched the roof right away. He took pictures of the correction, and explained his work. Pricing was fair and service couldn't be beat! A+++

Frank made it out to our place on short notice to repair damage made by a raccoon. Getting this resolved quickly gave us significant comfort that our roof wouldn't soon be home to a family.

Frank has done repairs to my roof on a few occasions and has always been extremely professional and thorough with his work. The previous owners of my house chose a roofing company that did a terrible job and has since left us with multiple repairs. Frank has not only done a wonderful job helping to fix these issues but he has also taught me how to care for my roof to mitigate future work. Frank and his crew were extremely professional and reliable. They installed a new garage roof with shingles at my home and were efficient and clean. After the last Wind Storm we had several tiles missing on our roof . We were a bit nervous about calling someone to come fix the roof as we did not know what to expect . I had a sudden leak in my kitchen and as per my insurance company was told to find a roofer to come out and do emergency tarping. I called 6 or more roofers all with voicemail promises to contact me within… 24-48hrs, and only 2 got back to me.
