Canex Building Supplies

Canex serves the residential, commercial, and agricultural markets in the Fraser Valley and Lower Mainland. Our customers are primarily professional builders and developers; however, we service a diverse customer base including farmers, renovators and retail customers. This variety is reflected in the wide range of products we carry, as well as the broad knowledge of our sales staff to assist you in any type of building project you may have.

Canex has spent the last 35 years developing working relationships with many of our clients that have now extended into the 2nd and 3rd generations. The business has grown and adapted to the changing needs of our customers. Canex opened for business in Chilliwack, B.C. in the fall of 1983, servicing both the retail and contractor markets.

While Canex Building Supplies is large enough to provide comprehensive services to customers from Vancouver to the BC Interior, our company is still small enough that our team members are like family. Our team of highly trained professionals are all exceptional at what they do and are always happy to take the time to get to know each customer's jobsite needs before making any product or service suggestions.

All of our trucks are equipped with GPS tracking software, allowing us to efficiently coordinate and track your product delivery. Our experienced professional drivers are dedicated to providing the best customer service in the industry. We offer a range of delivery services (rooftop shingle deliveries, dumped landscape materials, door and window deliveries, and finishing or fragile product handling) to meet your project's exact delivery needs.

Our 6-acre yard provides us with ample room for storing large quantities of material onsite. Through the use of our delivery trucks and large cranes, we can deliver your building materials right to the jobsite. All of our products are thoroughly inspected before we deem them fit to sell to customers.
