Safe Home Fireplace started out as just a small, one-man team servicing fireplaces in Southwestern Ontario. Fast forward 10 years and while we've grown quite a bit, we're still small and still family owned and operated. Matt and Paris have lived in Southwestern Ontario since 2001, they currently own a small hobby farm filled with horses and chickens and two five-pound watch dogs to look after it all.

We are extremely happy with our recent experience with Safe Home Fireplace.
We were having issues with our gas fireplace for the past several months and had another company look into it. They ended up charging us over $700.00 and with no resolution of the problem. We were left to consider changing our fireplace when a good friend recommended Safe Home Fireplace based on her own great experience with them.
The front staff was very friendly and accommodating and even with the busy season sent over Matt at the earliest opening.

They have installed a new insert and chimney at our house and we are currently ordering a pellet smoker from them. Matt on his initial visit was informative, knowledgeable and patiently answered so many questions!
Richa was a tremendous help as we worked our way through this process with her. She was timely and ensured she knew or could quickly find answers to our questions.
The install team, led by Mike was an amazing team. In 8 hours, they built a wall, installed gas fire place and completed all the hook ups etc. Mike took time to explain what and why they were doing certain tasks.

I'm very happy to recommend Safe Home Fireplace, Richa was great at answering my questions before hand and helping me choose a model, Matt and Mike did a great job with the installation and answering questions. Everything was done in a timely fashion and with minimal mess and respecting COVID precautions, and they communicated clearly. They followed up afterwards to make sure things were going well. I'm very happy with the fireplace as well. It smelled bad for about a week but that cleared up and since then it has been great.
