I’ve been going there for over 5 years now. My sunglasses that are over 5 years old were replaced a year ago with new frames no questions asked. I broke the replacement pair(my fault) and they told me to pick out a new pair of sunglasses and within a week I received a new pair of glasses with new lenses and frames for free again no questions asked. I couldn’t be happier with this place.

My daughter purchased a pair of glasses here in February after a terrible car accident. They had them ready within the hour. Yesterday they broke because she sat on them. We called the store and asked if they could be fixed. We got there and they had already found the frames and it took mike literally 3 seconds to replace. Free of charge cause they were under warranty. The professionalism of the team from the lady on the phone to the greetings of mike was excellent. Thank you for making things just a little bit easier during this hard time.

The manager is an absolutely awful person. He refused to honor a completely valid gift card that THEY had sent me for Xmas. I had even called the day before my appt to be sure I could use it and was told that Yes, I could (by a very polite and helpful lady). However, after choosing my frames and initiating the purchase I was denied. His first reason was because he said I had to buy 3 pair, but when I pointed out that there was no such stipulation/minimum purchase required printed on the actual card he changed his reason. He then told me in a very rude manner that because I was using ODSP benefits

Extremely discouraged with this business. Purchased 3 pairs of glasses from here a little over a year and a half ago,one frame (the arm portion) is totally broken and unfixable apparently and the 2nd pair has a warped frame. Went and rang the doorbell at their upper james location today..a young lady came out and without even a hello..asked to see the glasses ..looked at them for 2 seconds and said they r unfixable. I explained perhaps that is why their glasses are 3 for 1 because they are made so cheaply. Without even options as to what I may be able to do with them..the young lady literally closed

My visit was the 1st time.... With the mishap , And unsure how things would play out as to ,having my eyes checked and the unknown virus, now 3 per 1 made myself aware of social distancing proacall . Very nice ,personable women :with a family ran atmosphere Eventually even if your not family...your family now..I would give these ladies a 5 /5 ... Great service.. Micheal ther owner went above and beyond He ensured we were 100% satisfied. I can't say enough about the service especially during these tough times. Still the best place to go for glasses. All their staff has warm and inviting personalities which created a comfortable and pleasurable experience. Brenda, the women who assisted me, was extremely patient and helpful with choosing my glasses.

I came here a few weeks ago to shop for a new pair of glasses. I was very comfortable in the store knowing that each customer had a tray with the glasses they try on and that each pair is sanitized after. The selection of glasses here is great! After trying on a few pair of glasses I was unsure which to get, and the staff helped me by telling me which pair looked good on me. When I returned to pick up my new glasses the man was very nice and adjusted my glasses 3 times for me to make sure they fit well. I love my glasses so much and I think the style is so pretty!! I found the price to be affordable

Dennis helped my family and I each with picking a pair of glasses. He thoughtfully asked for our preferences in styles and narrowed our choices down - we get overwhelmed when there are too many choices so it is always nice to have the optician understand our needs then narrow our choices down to something we find stylish but also accommodate our prescription needs! We appreciate the time and effort he took to explaining the pros and cons of each feature that was possible to add onto our lens too! He was polite and friendly from start to finish and adjusted our glasses to fit comfortably on us.

Horrible experience!! I stopped by 3 for 1 glasses on Upper James the other day. The 2 girls who worked there were hanging out by the cash register talking loudly about their personal lives and just being really obnoxious. The dark haired one was especially vile. She was telling the blonde one about a date she had been on (it was the rated R… edition). They had no regard for the customers in the store. They were laughing and carrying on like high school students. I don’t know who their boss is but I would definitely reconsider keeping these two employed. I walked out and I’ll

Had an issue with the prescription sunglasses that I bought, but they worked with me to fix it as best they could. When it was discovered that the lens were too thick for the frames (they kept popping out), they worked with me to find a comparable pair that suited my preferences.
They rushed to get the replacements glasses done, and I love them more than my first choice.
We will definitely use 3-For-1 Glasses for our future purchases and recommend them highly to all!

I got 3 pairs of glasses from them years ago and NOT ONE MATCHED MY PRESCRIPTION!!! I couldn't see properly out of them so they redid them a couple times and NEVER got them right! I took them to my optometrist and she measured them and proved they didn't match my prescription. I asked for my money back but they refused!!! So I reported them to the Better Business Bureau and they did nothing to help because they said it had been too long since I purchased them (guess I was too patient trying to let them fix them over and over but never actually fixing them).

Worst selection of frames I have ever encountered in an outlet that sells frames and glasses. To cobble together 2 or even 3 styles would be an impossible task. Barely able to find one that was remotely decent. Not sure if they ran out of stock or if this is the poor selection they carry at all times.
Another deal breaker is that they take the frames to make your glasses right from the shelf that who knows how many other people have tried on before you and no doubt they've even landed on the floor a time or two. I asked this question as I wanted to know where my frames would be coming from
