Burlington Glass & Mirror

I ordered a piece of picture frame glass. It was cut perfectly to size and was exactly what I ordered. I was called to pick up my order way ahead of schedule and when I arrived it was not ready(I think I was called by mistake) but they quickly filled the order and got the glass cut for me with only a 5 minute wait. 4 stars only because the actual cost of the glass did not match the quote I was given, only by a few dollars mind you.

This place is an absolute joke. I get a quote for a mirror 60 x 66 to put on my dining room wall $296 which is about $70 higher than another company I called, so not a huge deal, the kicker is when I say I Cant hang it myself so how much to put it on my wall? She says possibly an extra $100 but would check and call me back. I get the call back and had to ask if they were located on the same planet as myself which is planet EARTH! THE QUOTE TO PUT IT ON MY WALL WAS $1170.00 uhmmmmmmm …. WHAT? Oh yes, apparently they need trucks and a crew for this. Way to go Burlington Glass, you lost a customer

Had some glass supplied and cut from here. Found the customer service to be subpar from the start. Called to change glass sizing the day I placed the original order and recieved original sizes, message never recieved. Took nearly 2 weeks to fulfill my 4 piece order of 3mm glass. Not that I wouldn't shop here again but have found better service elsewhere.

Critical: Professionalism
Had them cut two pieces of mirror for me. Price was really good, but they cut it the wrong size. I get that errors happen, but I wish they would have double checked the measurements before sending us off. Caused a frustrating delay in our project that could have been easily avoided.

I highly recommend Burlington Glass. We had a very complicated glass project involving 2 pieces of glass for a railing and 6 pieces of glass for a bathroom enclosure in a third floor loft. I called Burlington Glass and they came the next day to provide a quote. They strive for perfection and deliver on it. During installation, they took some of the glass pieces back to their shop to trim some length off, so everything would fit square and perfectly. After the door installation, we noticed a 3/16" difference in gap at the top of the door between the left and right side. This was not their fault

Thank you Burlington Glass for hooking me up with a new glass table top for my dining room table. Frank's Glass in Hamilton quoted me $585 plus tax which is absolutely ridiculous. Burlington Glass charge me $169 plus tax. I got my order in just a few days as well. Thanks guys

Today, February 4, 2019, I had a replacement window installed in my Condo. As scheduled, the Installers, arrived on time. Both Jason and
Josh were extremely pleasant and courteous. They installed my window
quickly and efficiently. They left everything neat and tidy.
I would certainly recommend Burlington Glass.

I have a minor issue with some glass in my garage door. instead of waiting to get it fixed it did it right away. I was home in less than 20 minutes.

Can't go wrong! We've used Burlington Glass and Mirror on a number of separate installations without any issues and have been extremely happy with the end product. Very professional, on-time and helpful. John, Jason and Josh do a great job. Two bathroom showers, a wine room door and a couple of glass shelf installs. No complaints!

Exceptional experience. They over delivered. The front desk people were very knowledgeable. John who did the measurements was very thorough and helpful. Finally, Jason the installer was excellent and did an outstanding job. We would definitely refer them to our friends.

Jason Leduc and his assistant installed shower enclosures in my two bathrooms and I just have to say that they did a fantastic job. I would highly recommend Jason and Burlington Glass to anyone looking to install shower enclosures.

Awesome staff, helpful and amazingly pleased with finished product.
Installation guys were meticulous and even returned a glass door to the shop to make adjustments required and return and finish all in one afternoon .

Place is a rip off. Charged $5 a foot, for plastic tracking used in cabinets to hold sliding glass doors. $5 for top and $5 for bottom. Look online, place sells 4 feet top and bottom altogether for $12.83. Burlington glass price...$40.... for plastic track. You figure you'd get a break, for already buying their glass which is not cheap.

Mixed experience as I didn't have a big order and they "forgot" about me. I had to keep calling after a 3 week quote for installation. Upon installation the measurements were wrong, so another delay. At the end of the day though, good people and precise. I would recommend John & co. again. Just talk to him and he will make sure everything is taken care of. Big or small.
