I wish i could give negative stars for this. NO PROFESSIONAL work or talk just left my house with big scratch on window frame + bag of garbage and when i mentioned they behaved like they didn't care and told me it will come off don't worry. The sad part is one of them was the owner. I have 5 more reasons not to choose this guy. I actually asked my deposit back before install but he clearly told me NO for refund he promised me on 10th and installed on 21st and all the time he uses the excuse of COVID. SO ihad no option but you guys do. I have 4 other guys whom i can refer you.

Do not buy! No customer service and no fixes if anything goes wrong.
Blinds are nice (questionable install though). One is too short, Charlie just pushed it the other way... Obviously still a gap on the other side.
Ignoring all emails and calls at this point.
Took 4 weeks instead of the 2-3 weeks I was told and I had to follow up twice, so could… have been longer. Also if running over 30mins late you don't hear anything unless you contact.
Also I was told certain blinds you couldn't see in (as the material gave me the impression you could see in) he insisted you couldn't. Very argumentative
