Janice and Danielle were so incredibly professional and have an eye for design like no one else! Their advice was much appreciated and they helped us come to a decision with our design wants, making the process a lot less stressful. Beyond pleased with their service and selection! They were able to deliver our orders way sooner than expected because of COVID, and it was much appreciated. They are always available and are dedicated to their craft. We purchased 12 blinds and 2 drapes and the pricing was very fair. It was around $11,000 and it was well worth it! Quality is amazing and their blind

Was recommended by my girlfriend as I loved the blinds she had installed. Danielle was wonderful to deal with. My blinds arrived within the time frame that was quoted which was great especially during the pandemic. I couldn’t be happier with my blinds. Recommend them to my sister who has now also had blinds installed. Will be calling again once my new windows are installed in the new year

She was prompt in getting back to me, when we met she laid out my options and helped me choose colours that would compliment our house.
The installers were amazing and took great care to not damage anything in our home. I was amazed at how quick all the blinds went up! Very efficient!
I was very impressed when Danielle followed up with me a few days later to see how we were loving our new blinds.
Overall it was an amazing experience and I cannot say enough good

It was referred to me by one of another customer. They are easy to deal with and very accommodating. The ones who installed our blinds were so nice, they take extra precautions as to not damage your home. After the work was done my house looked more beautiful 😍 The color is perfect. And they gave us the best deal.👍 I highly recommend this to my friends. 😀

Got a referral from a relative and contacted Danielle.
Got a quick response and samples were couriered to my home. I picked the one I liked and price was very reasonable. Blinds were ready in time quoted.
Balance of blinds were paid for and installer arrived at scheduled day and time. Installation was quick and professional. We were contacted a couple of days after installation and Danielle was checking to see if we were happy with the blinds and if installation went well. Overall great service, excellent quality and very happy. :)

The ad say Shades, but the only thing Shady is the lady running this company. My grandmother can't remember her name (Joyce??) but it seems she prays on the elderly and their money. This lady would not leave my grandmothers home until she agreed to buy and pay for blinds. If I'd have been there I would have thrown her out of the house!!!!. Stay away from Direct Home Blinds.
