I had 12 windows put into my 100 year old home. They took such good care, installed various size windows without damaging any trim or hard wood floors. They were very tidy and friendly. Cleaned both inside and outside after the job was completed. Couldn't be happier with the experience. Highly recommend this company!

Our job required the replacement of 13 windows and a door. They guided us through the process in our house selecting the right type of window for our needs and in the showroom with different choices like trim colour/glass.
The crew that came out did a wonderful job. They kept us informed on the progress and made sure we were happy with the end result. The end result looked fantastic and everyone we dealt with throughout the process was polite and helpful.

Excellent service from beginning to end. Barry was thorough at our introductory meeting, Mike answered all our technical questions, Marie helped us pick our selections, and Martin and Alex's workmanship on the install was impeccable. Our old windows were removed and taken away, the new windows installed with new casing and cladding, everything sealed to look good and endure, and it all cleaned up during the process. We were nervous because windows are a long-term investment and we didn't want to choose the wrong colour, style, or end up with cheap windows we would regret. No regrets here. Gorgeous

We recently purchased a front door and we are very pleased with the product. The installers were very thorough and courteous as well as very clean. They were able to answer our questions during the install. The job was done in a timely manner as well. We are amazed at the quality of the door. Sound proof and air tight which we are happy about. Selection was also great when it came to choosing our door.

We hired Halton Window & Door Company to replace our windows because of a few decent Google reviews and proximity to our home. The product they sell is good, but the service is absolutely horrendous.
Anthony was knowledgeable and pleasurable to deal with during the quote and it all went downhill from there. Communication was poor and on several occasions they were outright dishonest. They repeatedly misled us regarding timelines, repairs and paperwork.
There was no accountability. Everything was blamed on the manufacturer, even when it was clearly not the manufacturer's fault and easily avoidable

Upgrading my windows and doors was very stressful for me. My husband was more concerned about the durability and quality, and of course, I wanted it to be pretty. On top of that, we had a budget we need to work within. I spoke to five different companies and decided to go with Halton. Anthony made us comfortable from the start. I had 10 windows and a large bay window installed and they did an awesome job. I watched as they leveled and sealed with foam insulation around every frame.
The installers were very professional and courteous, and they cleaned up every thing after as if they were never there.
All those windows in just 2 days with no draft or leaks . I was very impressed.
I would highly recommend them to everyone!
