Kevin and the team from Winside were great. Kevin took the time to explain the different options we had and gave us good information about our renovation. The installation team was awesome. The crew was very polite, clean, professional, and fast! We are very satisfied with the new siding, soffit, fascia, eaves, and windows that were installed.

We absolutely love our newly installed windows from Winside. Fabulous process from start to finish. Reasonable quote, delivery and installation completed on time. Diligent with attention to detail every step of the way. Left our house as they had found it, inside and out, except with much nicer and better quality windows. Look forward to working with them again and would be happy to recommend.

STAY AWAY! Once the job is completed and they have your money, they do not care! They will not honour warranty; you'll be lucky to ever get a call back! We had our windows, front and patio door replaced as well as vinyl siding and eaves troughs replaced by Winside a couple of years ago. We get a very strong draft through our front door which began a few months after the installation (installation was in the summer, as soon as cooler weather arrived, so did the draft). We called Kevin who sent someone out to replace the bottom door seal which did not fix the problem - no solution was offered beyond

They were professional, knowledgeable and on time etc.. but there was a problem with the entry door system. They installed the new door system but realized there was a problem with it and immediately removed it and they took it to manufacturer to repair on the same day but the door never worked properly and was always stuck. They did provide 2 service visits but never came back. I would have better off leaving the old door on. Once they got the money, they didn't care and I'm a person who doesn't complain but the new door always got stuck or the weather guard on the bottom prematurely wore out

I have been dealing with Winside for 10-15 years. I will only use his company for my windows and doors. The siding he did several years ago is fantastic. I had another company do my 2 front bay windows over 20 years ago and had to have those windows replaced last year (should've been sooner. This year I am getting California blinds in all my windows and a side garage door installed. His prices are reasonable.

We had windows replaced and siding installed two years ago. We replaced another window several days ago that involved increasing the size and removing brickwork. We have had no issues as a result of the work done two years ago. The siding effectively increased the insulation value on the upper portion of the house which had been an issue. We have had no trouble with the windows. We are extremely pleased with the professionalism and tidiness of the installers and the quality of both the products and the work. Kevin has been very helpful and prices are fair.

I had my windows replaced in Brampton a few years ago and after finding mold I contacted another company who informed me the window pane seals are already no good causing mold. The man who sold me the windows was nice at the time of purchase and then quickly turned ignorant. Very unprofessional. Installers made a huge mess and broke planters in my backyard. Would not recommend.
