Very unprofessional I have been waiting since last July for my blinds to be replaced because they are wrong Still nothing Owner very rude as I was screamed at for trying to tell him what was wrong with the blinds. This has been going on since last April Finally in October I was told that he would replace the blinds and it would take 3 weeks and as of Dec 31 nothing. Installer used my dining room table as a workbench when installing the blinds Owner did not follow provincial heath regulations when he came to measure in April No mask just walk right in with shoes not even removed or

Great place to get blinds cleaned. They gave me a quick estimate, great price, and took them less time than they told me. They did excellent job with cleaning and fixing broken parts. Nick went above and beyond with his work and customer service skills to make sure that I was satisfied with the service. I definitely recommend this place.

I brought some drapes in for cleaning. I don't think they were cleaned and instead were sprayed with something so they smelled nice. There were a few stains on my drapes and the stains looked undisturbed, like no attempt was made to remove them. When I went to pick them up nothing was said about the stains. I think if the drapes were examined, they would have said something about attempting to clean the stains but the stains couldn't be lifted. I'm very disappointed with the experience considering it was quite pricey just to have them sprayed for a nice smell.

We worked with Peter and Shine-A-Blind as a result of a fire and resulting demolition and restoration. He was prompt, provided personal service and advice, answered emails and phone calls, and to us it was all about that communication right from the get go. He assessed what we had, cleaned what he could, stored what was left, and reinstalled. Then he recommended replacement products within the insurance budget and knew what upgrades we should consider for improved performance. Peter was completely honest with me when he told me that it is difficult to remove mould that there is a chance he won't be able to get it all out...he gave his best shot and our blinds turned out far better than I could have imagined! They look almost brand new! Wonderful customer service..super prompt pick up and delivery. We are very impressed and would definitely recommend shine a blind : ))

This company was arranged by our home insurance due to a claim in which we had to move out temporarily. When our drapes were reinstalled I found some parts missing, which meant the weren't hanging properly. I called and someone was sent out. They didn't have the correct parts, and I was told I would be contacted to arrange another time to fix the issues. That never happened. I had to call them several times. No one ever got back to me. My opinion is they got paid by the insurance company and washed their hands of the situation.

We just had our drapes and blinds cleaned and purchased some new blinds and had them installed and are exceptionally pleased with the results. Peter warned us that some of our drapes might shrink with cleaning but he went the extra mile and was able save them for us. The blinds he recommended are beautiful. We needed blinds for our whole house and we are extremely happy with the quality of service and product that we recieved. We went with the sheer shades and are absolutely in love with them. They look gorgeous and work extremely well. We also had motorized blackouts put into the bedrooms and would never go back. Peter and his team were extremely helpful and made every detail of this process easy and efficient. We would recommend Shine-A-Blind to anyone that asked!

We had a great experience with this Company. When we contacted Shine-A-Blind we were uncertain as to which product would suit our needs. Wife was bugging me to fix 2 blinds in the house. Sent 4 emails out on the weekend only to have a single company reply... Shine-A-Blind. Wasn't really expecting too much from the name but boy was I surprised !!! Upfront, personable and knowledgeable. Gave me a quote and was bang on when i paid the bill. I was very pleased with the service that I received from Peter and his team at Shine a Blind. We have just completed having all of the windows in our condo building replaced and I needed someone who could remove my very expensive Hunter Douglas Luminette blinds, clean them, store them and then rehang them. Peter did all of that. The team was on time and extremely efficient. Once my windows were installed, they returned and rehung everything and made sure it was done correctly. I needed new drapes in my bedroom and had no hesitation in using Shine a Blind for this. My new sheers and roller
